Standard Rooms

Our standard student rooms offer students everything they need for a stable study environment, allowing them to focus on their studies.  All rental rates are inclusive of Wi-Fi Internet, Water, Gas/Electricity and cleaning of common area costs.

Deluxe Rooms            

Deluxe rooms contain*

  • King Single Bed or Larger
  • Study Desk
  • Study Chair
  • Storage for Clothes and Books
  • Ensuite Bathroom

Deluxe rooms have the same basic inclusions as our Standard rooms but are more spacious and often include added extras such as built in Ensuites, TVs, Walk in wardrobes and private balconies. All rental rates are inclusive of Wi-Fi Internet, Water, Gas/Electricity and cleaning of common area costs.

Executive Rooms 

Executive Room Inclusions*

  • King Single Bed or Larger (Normally Larger for Executive Rooms)

Our Executive student rooms offer the ultimate escape and study space for hard working students. Featuring the largest rooms in the best locations available, each room varies slightly but you can expect to find an ensuite and air-conditioned room. All rental rates are inclusive of Wi-Fi Internet, Water, Gas/Electricity and cleaning of common are costs.
